About

Victoria A. Bugtong, Au.D., CCC-A is a Doctor of Audiology with more than 20 years of clinical, leadership, and program management experience across military, government, and healthcare settings. She has dedicated her career to improving hearing healthcare for pediatric, adult, military, and veteran populations through clinical excellence, innovative technology, and evidence-based care.

Prior to joining Hearing Solutions, Dr. Bugtong  was a Senior Audiologist with the Defense Health Agency’s Hearing Center of Excellence, where she has led large-scale initiatives that advanced hearing healthcare delivery across the Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs systems, including the implementation of boothless audiometry programs, development of best practice toolkits, and management of multi-state clinical research projects.

Dr. Bugtong served for more than 15 years as Chief of Clinical Audiology Services and Hearing Conservation Program Manager at Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center, Fort Meade, Maryland. In this capacity, she provided comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology services, supervised clinical staff, managed occupational hearing conservation programs, and trained audiology residents and graduate students.

Her clinical expertise includes diagnostic audiometry, hearing aid evaluation and fitting, tinnitus management, and vestibular assessment.  She is particularly passionate about patient-centered care, hearing conservation, and helping individuals improve communication and quality of life through personalized hearing healthcare solutions.

Dr. Bugtong earned her Doctor of Audiology from A.T. Still University-Arizona School of Health Sciences, a Master of Science in Audiology from The Pennsylvania State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Audiology from the University of Hawaii. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and maintains professional licensure and certifications in audiology and hearing conservation.
