She earned her Professional Billing Certification from Towson University and brings extensive experience in claims processing, insurance verification, and billing compliance. Katie is deeply committed to helping patients navigate their insurance benefits with confidence and clarity, ensuring they feel supported throughout their hearing healthcare journey.

Her personal connection to hearing care—through several family members who use hearing aids—further strengthens her dedication to the field. Outside of the office, Katie enjoys relaxing with her husband, watching movies, and spending time with her cats.
