Lonnie Robinson is the Director of Operations and Chief Financial Officer at Hearing Solutions Audiology Center, PC, based in Gambrills, Maryland. With over a decade of leadership experience in the audiology and healthcare services industry, Lonnie oversees the practice’s financial strategy, operational performance, and long-term growth initiatives.

Before transitioning into healthcare, Lonnie served as a Senior Vice President in Financial Services, where he developed deep expertise in loan servicing, business relationship management, default operations, and strategic planning. He now leverages that extensive financial background to drive operational efficiency, strengthen fiscal health, and support patient-centered excellence within the audiology practice.

A Virginia Tech graduate, Lonnie is recognized for his strategic mindset, integrity-driven leadership, and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights that support both team success and organizational sustainability.
